12-8-25: Colin Allred (D) announced today that he will not run for US Senate, but will instead run for TX-33. Allred previously held TX-32 before running for US Senate against Ted Cruz (R) in 2024. Allred was succeeded in TX-32 by Julie Johnson. Under the new maps, both Johnson and Allred have now announced for TX-33, where incumbent Marc Veasey* (D) has been drawn into TX-30. Veasey announced today that he will run for Tarrant County Judge.
