It has been brought to my attention that this district may deserve another look. The new district is virtually unchanged., but by all accounts is very close to 50/50. 2008 McCain 51.4 to Obama 47.9, 2010 Perry 47.5 to White 50.2. Craig Eiland has $83,519 on hand on the 30 day report. In the R primary, Wayne Faircloth has $56, 258, way ahead of his opponents and should win easily.
Eiland beat his 2010 opponent, Gary Wilson, 53-47. Wilson raised less than $1,000 for the entire 2010 election cycle to Eiland’s $300,000 plus.
