Governor Greg Abbott today issued a proclamation setting August 2, 2016 as the date for the special runoff election to fill the Texas House District 120 seat in Bexar County being vacated by Representative Ruth Jones McClendon.
The early voting period for this runoff election will be held from July 25, 2016 to July 29, 2016.
